This was one of the most relaxing hotel I visited in a while, very peaceful, although the weather was a little chilled for the beach and pool, the humidity made it nice for you to had a relaxing day on the beach chairs. The restaurant was great, the food was 100% quality I would return in a heart beat Great trip to Bermuda for the first time

All of the staff was excellent, especially Cynthia in reservations, I booked my stay through Expedia and Expedia messed up the booking and was unwilling to fix it or take responsibility for the error. I called the hotel and Cynthia took care of it immediately!!

The location, grounds, and resort itself are gorgeous. Clean and well-maintained. The private beach is beautiful. The room was very clean. The restaurant was good. We were disappointed that upon check-in at 3pm, we had to wait 2 hours for our room. A lot of other guests were waiting too. Then, when we got to our room, our bags weren’t there like we were told they’d be. We also had to wait for beach towels while they were being cleaned. Overall we had a really nice experience. The resort itself is very nice. There were just a few little things that made the stay difficult and frustrating. For that reason, I don’t know that I’d want to come back.

Not a 5* hotel but it was everything it advertised and thus gave it 5*. I was not disappointed. It’s an older hotel that’s been updated. I was happy with the room. Great ocean view and left balcony doors open for the breeze. Ate at the restaurant for lunch, good. Used the beach, lovely. Walked to nearby grocery store, handy. Used the Bermuda college gym beside the hotel (small and dated but had all the weight equipment I needed). There are bus stops in walking distance. Taxis in to town were quick and under $20. I would stay here again.
