"Stopped for 1 night as we were traveling through to Italy. Perfect for what we needed. Easy check in, nice room, secure parking and easy close by places to grab something to eat."

"The property was clean, staff were very helpful. I became ill, saw a doctor and needed an emergency phamacy - the staff assisted with this giving us directions to an emergency pharmacist in the area. Also, assisted in being able to stay an extra night for me to recover. Only down side was the restaurant was not open during the weekend. "

"Don’t book this hotel, it may be a scam. I had a reservation, arrived before check in closed, no one there and their out of hours system did not recognise my booking. Tried the phone numbers they gave, no response, had to drive on and make a different booking somewhere else. Hotel no responding to hotels.com so delaying my refund. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL!"

"Quite obviously an ex-Campanile hotel as a lot of the signage remains the same. The restaurant is an uninspiring open plan room next to the reception with only 3 choices of main meal. Whilst the waitress was kind and accommodating, to have run out of eggs for the omelette (the only vegetarian option) was unfortunate. Sadly, the location of the hotel makes the prospect eating elsewhere difficult. The rooms are the small balconied type you’d expect to find at Campanile. The mattresses were too firm and the accommodation is situated next to a busy road which is audible throughout the night. In short, pleasant staff but let down by a slightly run-down feel to the accommodation. "

"If you don’t expect the Ritz after paying YMCA prices and judge this place on what you paid, then I couldn’t not give it 5 stars. Check in was easy, the room wasn’t the biggest but it had a large, clean and comfortable bed. The en suite was small but functional and without issue. Parking was free, always a bonus, and it had air conditioning, which was a godsend. I’ve stayed at much more expensive hotels this trip that didn’t. My only moan is why provide a coffee machine but no pods or even cups to make a coffee in? Surely, as a traveller, I’m not expected to travel with a selection of pods in the hope one might work in your machine and bring my own cup to drink it in? Other than that, all is good. "
