HOUSE LAYOUT:
As you enter you are greeted by a large open floor plan with the living room to your right and a spacious dining room and fully equipped kitchen straight ahead. The large windows allow ample natural light with a living room pellet stove to keep you toasty on snowy winter nights. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal for your family and friends and opens up onto a large deck with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating that overlooks the beautiful wooded yard. Down the hall to the left you'll find the main floor powder room and the first bedroom with a full size combo Murphy bed/work space. Upstairs are two additional bedroom. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has twin trundles, and lots of play room for the kiddos. Also upstairs, you will find a full size bathroom with a shower and large soaking tub. Downstairs on the lower level is a second TV and game room with a large sectional sofa, big screen TV and poker/game table. The back yard can be accessed from this room and is entirely fenced, creating a safe space for pets and kids to play. There is also a 4th bedroom with king size TV and a second full bathroom with a shower.
