The home is just 10 minutes from historic downtown Pagosa Springs and the Wolf Creek Ski Area is only 40 minutes away. A prime location for tranquility and convenience!

The dining area sets the stage for memorable gatherings, and we encourage you to unwind in the living room, either by catching your favorite shows or basking in the breathtaking lake views from the plush sofa or on the back deck.

The main floor is thoughtfully equipped with three bedrooms. One king master suite, one queen suite, and another guest bedroom with a king bed and a guest bathroom in the hall. The home comes with a full washer and dryer, ensuring your convenience is a top priority.

As you revel in the beauty of Pagosa Springs, take in all the delightful custom touches this incredible home has to offer. Your mountain retreat awaits, promising a rejuvenating experience like no other.

This property is conveniently located in the Uptown area which will take approximately 10 minutes to reach downtown, 40 minutes from Wolf Creek, 1 hr. from Durango CO.

Pagosa Springs is historic in nature and is surrounded by the San Juan National Forest. Hiking trails, views, adventure and journeys all await the wondering guest. We like to boast the most snow in Colorado and we happen to be the location for the world's deepest geo-thermal Mother Spring.

There is no end to the adventure here for the daily traveler. Hike, bike, raft, kayak, paddle board, tube, or drive through our wonderous and beautiful small mountain town. We promise you won't regret your stay here in beautiful Pagosa Springs!

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.

Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.

Winter’s Quarter’s Cabin

Our stay was very nice. Plenty of space and beautiful views! The cabin is in need of some loving care! Spend some money on wear and tear on the property.
