Bright, modern, and ideally located in the Mountain Lake Villas community on the edge of Pinon Lake, this ground-floor eco townhome will place you within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, cafes, and all sorts of conveniences in uptown Pagosa Springs.

This single-level, eco-friendly home is part of a lakefront community in the heart of uptown, where you can take in beautiful views of the eastern range and Pinon Lake from the grounds. The living space is airy and open, offering a living room with a flatscreen cable TV and DVD player on one side and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances on the other. This great room is anchored by a butcher-block kitchen island with casual bar seats for four, a four-person circular dining table where you can sit down for breakfast each morning, and sliding glass doors that lead outside to a small patio sitting area. A stacked washer/dryer is also on hand in the bedroom closet for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Okay place to stay while visiting Pagosa Springs.
I have stayed here 3 or 4 times, a fine place to stay while visiting Pagosa Springs. Efficient and basic amenities. Very bad potholes entering the property as part of deteriorating adjacent hotel. I'm not a fan of the strict and inflexible approach used by Vacassa for managing this property including short cancellation window and trying to charge for extending check out time past 10 AM. Curious why owner doesn't work directly with VRBO.

Nice unit and good value
This is a nice unit and good location for what we were doing in Pagosa. Easily walk to grocery store and a few restaurants/coffee shops. The main draw backs were the "sofas" were actually trundle beds that were very uncomfortable to sit on. Also there was dirt and maybe coffee grounds on the floor when we got there. Plus lots of bugs and cobwebs in the windows when you moved the blinds. But overall a nice property and would recommend it and stay there again.
