Fish at Lake Pagosa, 30 min to Wolf Creek, Fenced Yard

Your family and friends will enjoy this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with bonus room and large lot with a recently added fence for a fenced in yard! Even better, they'll enjoy the great location being close to Lake Pagosa, Pagosa Springs Golf Club, Recreation Center with indoor pool and hot tub, Shopping, Dining and a short 30 min drive to Wolf Creek Ski area.

This home has plenty of parking and as you walk up the stairs you'll enjoy a nice covered deck with gas grill and indoor wood stove. As you walk in the home, you'll realize that you're in a Colorado cabin with wood floors, walls and ceiling. The living room is cozy, the dining table is large and the kitchen with new appliances opens on to the living / dining area. In the hall you'll find new washer / dryer and down the hall you'll find a queen bedroom and a bunk room for the kids with a full bed with TV in the room. Both upstairs bedrooms access the upstairs full bathroom.

Down the stairs you enter in to the large bonus room where the kids can hang out, play and watch TV. There are 2 queen bedrooms downstairs each with a full bathroom nearby. Each bedroom has new comfortable beds.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

This home does not have AC.

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

Terrific Location and House

The house was conveniently located to downtown, restaurants, mountain biking and hiking trails. The house had a terrific layout and a huge fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood. Recommend it highly!

Beautiful decor with a quaint cabin feel and lovely outdoor space.

This was perfect for our weekend get away. Slept 8 adults comfortably, the outdoor area is set up for 6, but beautifylly situated. A quiet neighborhood. There were fans in everyroom, but may be a bit uncomfortable during days over 85 degrees.

Excellent house and even better if you have dogs. Very large yard that is all fenced in with a gate, so the dogs can roam to their heart's content. The house is very nice with great furnishings. Kitchen has everything you can need and there are two living areas to hang out. The deck has an umbrella heater as well as a gas fire pit which make sitting outside wonderful.

Great cabin in Pagosa Lakes subdivision

Our family enjoyed our stay in Lazy Bear Cabin - plenty of room for our family of 8 adults. The wood burning fireplace in the living room was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Super clean cabin

Had an amazing time at this super cute cabin. Everything was clean and comfortable. Loved all the cabin themed decor and it seemed spacious for all the family to feel comfortable for a few days. We also loved how close it was to all of the lakes and how quiet and peaceful the area was.

Great Stay

Everything was as advertised. Office was very attentive to our questions and everything worked well in the house. Internet is very speedy. We even woke up to ten inches of snow on our final day. Awesome time in Pagosa.

Spring Break at Pagosa Springs

The house with four bedrooms and two living areas was perfect for our large family stay. Although the kitchen is tight, we were able to prepare all our meals, and all gather around the large dining table each evening for dinner.

Great Cabin in a wonderful location

Great property and location, just miles from Pagosa Springs and just a short walk over to the lake. Plenty of parking for 2 trucks and trailers. Communication was very good with the managment company. Highly reccomened it if you are going to Pagosa.

Comfortable and peaceful.

We used it as a weekend getaway location and lived the house. It's quite big, beautiful, comfy furniture, well equipped kitchen, clean and owners are exceptionally responsive. Kids loved the large bunk bed and huge TV downstairs. We would absolutely come back again.
