Please note that excessive pet hair or messes found after checkout may result in additional cleaning charges.
Parking: A maximum of two vehicles is allowed. One mid-size vehicle can be parked in the garage, and a second vehicle can be parked on the designated pad behind the garage. No additional parking is available. Please note that trailers are not permitted to be parked anywhere within this condo association. Parking on the grass is also strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking spaces. Violators are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
Trash: Trash pick up is every Wednesday Morning, please ensure bins are taken to the end of the driveway apron and returned after pick up.

Would definitely stay here again. The view out of the living room was great. There was plenty or room for our group. Kitchen was well equipped and large. The house was close to the store and a couple restaurants. Less than10 minutes to downtown and about 30-40 to Wolf Creek.
Our family had a wonderful mountain getaway in this very clean and spacious condo, with amazing views, in a great location. It was also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!!
Perfect location to relax, walk, and hike. The condo was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Close to City Market, downtown, restaurants, and hiking trails. The view of the mountains was amazing. We saw deer and a fox in the fields around the condo. Highly recommend staying here!
We were only here for one night but it was a lovely place to stay. We enjoyed a morning on the deck watching the hot air balloons.
The fan in the front master was a bit wobbly so we didn’t use it. It was a touch warm at night in the unit but that happens some times in the summer. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
The location and views of Pagosa Peak are fantastic! The townhouse is lovely, and the bed was comfortable. I feel like the property management company could do a through walk thru, as there were carbon monoxide detectors not working, and thermostats not working properly. The unit has radiant heat, and the primary bedroom was stuck at 86 degrees! Property management ask for a picture of the thermostat, which I sent; and I received no reply on the matter.
Small glitch with check in process for some reason and then found the property to be unlocked without yet receiving instructions on how to get in. Started moving in anyway and contacted host about door codes. Host’s response was always timely. Then we found the loveseat had a broken back left leg so reported it to the host which they were appreciative (we found a wood block on the back of our truck to provide a “temp fix” during our stay.) Kitchen well stocked with awesome labeling of available supplies. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry well supplied with towels, linens and soaps. Host also helped us get the wonderful fireplace stared when we had questions. Great views available at the same time you could watch your “games”. We would stay again!
Luxury property. Fantastic views. Located near shops, stores, and entertainment. Communications were timely, accurate, and kind. We enjoyed seeing the hot air balloons that landed across the street.
Loved the townhome. Location is on the far side of Pagosa Springs but very close to Walmart and a local grocery store. About a 10-15 minute drive to downtown and the springs and around 35-45 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area, if there is no traffic. The neighborhood has plenty of sidewalks for walking and was very quiet. The townhouse was perfect for my family, 2 adults and 2 older teenagers. The provided grill is charcoal, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking appliances you could need, including a crockpot, which was a nice benefit. The rooms are very comfortable, and each has its own bathroom and plenty of closet space. There is no Central A/C in the unit but there is a portable A/C in the living room for summer stays but was not an issue in the wintertime. Make sure you are proficient with your streaming services as there was no antenna on the television for local channels. We loved at the unit allows pets and our family had a great time using this townhome as our base camp in Pagosa Springs.

Overall property was nice, however, disappointed that there was no dresser in bedroom to unpack clothes. I choose VRBO so i don't feel like i am living out of a suitcase in a hotel room. Amenties were lacking.
I have hesitated to write this review because we really liked the property & location. And would love to stay there again. Unfortunately, there is a possible gas leak. The night we arrived the fireplace wouldn't turn on & then suddenly turned on on its own. Then one of our party showered & got 2 min of hot water. Property manager sent someone over said everything was fine. Throughout the stay the fireplace turned on randomly & we did NOT have HOT WATER. We had plumbers & the gas company there multiple days (note we had to be there when all of this was happening). Christimas Eve-woken up by drilling at 8am. In talking to the plumber he stated this was a KNOWN issue that the owner was aware of & had been trying to fix. Most of the time one or the other of us was feeling sick. On our final night there, we were using the oven, & I went in the laundry room & smelled an intense gas smell. We turned off the oven & it went away. We had used the oven multiple times before this but no one had gone in the laundry room. Best guess? Every time we used the oven it was leaking gas into the house. We were offered alternative accomodations after four days, but it was on Christmas Eve and in a significnatly different location. Which we declined not realizing there may be an active gas leak. We were told they would "make the situation right". It has been 2 weeks & it has not been made right. This is a wonderful property & location. But it should not be rented until this is fixed.
The house needed a little work and preparedness for our stay. It was a bit dusty and with minor fixes (dishwasher bottom tray broken, microwave turntable broken, bathroom shower door fixed with curtain instead of glass) and some preparedness for a guest (dusting; radiant floor takes forever to warm the house - we were freezing so maybe setting the temp up a bit 12 hrs before check-in would have helped); cleaning the garage so that we don't track dirt into the house since it was requested to not wear shoes in the house; and the garbage can - PLEASE clean - it was nasty even to open the lid). I think the maintenance and cleaning needs to step up a notch to keep the house in order (better instructions on using the fireplace and its remote); it is such a great house but it looks like it could use an upgrade in maintenance to withstand the use.
The property met all of our needs. The townhome was clean and neat. Furniture and linens were in good condition. We stayed here just before Christmas, so did not make use of the balcony-but could see ourselves out there in the summer for sure. The kitchen is adequately stocked. Having the garage parking was a bonus, my mid sized SUV fit fine (but a large SUV would not). The downstairs was quite cold our entire stay-just couldn't get it to warm up despite thermostat on 72. We were thankful for the fireplace-it warms the main living area nicely. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this one was one of our top picks. Only gave 4 stars on communication with the property manager because responses were slow and vague. Otherwise would have given the property all 5 stars.
This townhome is lovely. The only time we left the porch with the perfect view was to sleep and visit nearby lakes and rivers. I am counting down to our next visit.
