Spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome on the Pagosa Springs golf course. Two king beds and a queen bed sleep up to 5. Enjoy a full kitchen, private garage, balconies, a deck, central A/C and a washer/dryer. Up to two pets (50 lbs or less) are welcome. Near uptown shops and restaurants; Wolf Creek Ski Area is about a 30-35 minute drive.

You will have the townhome to yourself. Our team is available by message or phone if you need help.

Located at the peak of Putt Hill, the townhome is within walking distance of Coyote Moon Lounge where libations, food, and entertainment can be found. Walking distance to some of our local antique stores, liquor store, and convenient store.

A short 5-minute drive to either uptown or downtown will bring guests closer to any and all amenities our humble town may provide. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores with merchandise appealing to any savvy shopper.

Guests may use the PLPOA private recreation center, including the pool, for an additional fee.

The entire townhome and garage are available for guest use.

Entry is on the first level with a secure keypad. The door to the left of the entrance opens to the garage, which is for guests only during their stay.

First level: a fully equipped kitchen, a half bath, a dining room, a living room and direct access to the deck. Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.

Upstairs: three bedrooms. Two have king beds and one has a queen bed. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

The loft on the upper level is not accessible to guests.

The home has forced-air central air conditioning.

Perfectly situated in town with access to both uptown and downtown with a quick 5-minute drive this townhome is perfect for a family get away. Walking distance to local amenities, food, entertainment and more. Just off the Golf Course guests may witness a hole in one from the balcony or choose to show those on the course how it's really done.

As mentioned prior, quick access to uptown and downtown, guests can experience the entirety of Pagosa at a whim.
30-minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area guests can travel through the Rocky Mountains, cross the Great Divide, or hike the many trails available; guests are sure to find adventure lurking around every corner.

Pagosa is located in the middle of the Rocky Mountains and is approximately an hour's drive to other similar mountain towns such as Durango, and South Fork.

Located in the Southwest corner of the state, we are very close to the New Mexico State Line where even more National Parks, trails, lakes and more can be located and enjoyed by all.

Pagosa Springs is home to the world’s deepest geothermal hot spring, which feeds a number of soaking pools. In winter, Wolf Creek Ski Area is nearby and known for some of the most snow in Colorado.
