Riverfront Home-Fenced Yard/Pet Friendly
- The River Rose is located in a private and very peaceful river side community. Conveniently located only 20 minutes from the Wolf Creek Ski Area and 7 minutes from shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the relaxing sound of the river while sitting on the back porch. Steps away from the back porch enjoy some of the best trout fishing in Colorado, kayaking, tubing or rafting. Gather with family and friends around the fire pit near the river. Prepare a home cooked meal in the full kitchen with all of your cooking needs. There is an outdoor grill on the covered back porch. Stay warm and cozy next to the fireplace. The two car garage makes it nice on a snowy or rainy day.
Pagosa Springs has so much to offer during your stay. Enjoy the hot springs, hiking, rafting, fishing, golfing, mountain biking and ATV trail riding. During the winter hit the slopes at the Wolf Creek Ski Area, which has the most snow in Colorado.
