Long check in wait time (30 minutes) in because selling timeshares?? Already prepaid online-waste of time.
Asked for two condos near each other & sorry but not in notes even though communicated in emails with Host at time of booking.
Advertisements condos look the same online but very different upon check in vs description- told at check in - many misleading ads; the other family paid same as us - made booking online together and they ended up in a tiny studio??
Old & run down- plugs wouldn’t hold, lamps in living room, flickering so couldn’t have them on. Spaghetti & cooking pan we’re in the refrigerator; dirty sheet left on pull out sofa with no clean sheets available, not “cleaned” well prior to check in. called for new sheets which arrived with stains (faded blood) on them too- gross!
Pump came on all night first night on wall of bedroom, kept waking us up.
Wouldn’t recommend & will not stay there again.
Couple in front of me in check-in line had reservations canceled a week prior to vacation & couple behind me had reservations canceled as well.
