Highly recommend for family with children. Great family-friendly small resort in Pai. Room is clean & very spacious. Bathroom has only a standing shower (not a problem for me) and a water heater with great water pressure. There is an adequate size swimming pool for family to enjoy. Staffs were very friendly and helpful which made our stay even better. Resort is located in a quiet area but only a few mins walk to Pai River and about 5 mins to a walking street with lots of delicious and reasonably priced street foods as well as shops, restaurants and bars. The highlight for us was the breakfast in which we could order as much or as little as we want. They are freshly prepared per order. And every dish was well and beautifully presented. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This should be your top choice.

My stay here was one of the most pleasant in my Asian travels. The hotel was immaculate yet not sterile. It was very comfortable and honey. Jonathan was a Lu excellent manager and went above and beyond to ensure even need of mine was met. The pool area was excellent, the food delicious and the staff accommodating.

Owner Mr Honk very help helpful and friendly, the property only five minutes to walking street, atmosphere around hotel very peaceful , quiet . It was so relaxing after long day . Truly recommend going to this hotel P.S. breakfast 👍, order to make not buffet style. Fresh and hot.👏👏👏

Fijn hotel. Is wel toe aan een upgrade. Matrassen waren goed. Kamer en badkamer schoon. Warm water in de douche laat te wensen over. Warm en koud water wisselen elkaar af en er is te weinig ventilatie. Zwembad niet gebruikt. Ontbijt was prima. Meerdere bereidingen van ei worden op bestelling gemaakt. Daarnaast vers fruit., koffie, thee en enkele sapjes. Alles vers. Personeel is uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij voelden ons zeer welkom. Lokatie is top. De hoofdstraat is 5 minuten lopen maar je hebt er geen last van. De weg naar het hotel heeft wat aandacht nodig. Veel diepe kuilen. geen overlast van.De weg naar het hotel heeft

Fantastic family at the resort. We felt welcome and relaxed and they made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect spot, quiet surrounded by farms yet 7 minutes walk to the action of the walking street. Only reason for not a full five star is the pool was not working, green and murky. We where the only guests for our stay, relaxing.

Nice Boutique Hotel in a Great Location

Set in a quiet, semi rural location, this resort is across the river from Pai. It’s a pleasant 15 minute walk to Walking Street. We were upgraded to a poolside room (we were the only guests during most of our stay). The staff were very kind and helped us with a couple of special requests.

The location is a short walk to town which was great as we didn’t have to manoeuvre our scooter at night when the road is closed for the Night Market. The property is well appointed and very relaxing in its location, style and service. The staff to out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast can be ordered, lots of variety in choice and very fresh. Can’t wait to return!

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay and so close to Walking st. Even though the bamboo bridges had been washed away a few days before we arrived, the staff, notably Noong ( sorry if i spelled his name incorrectly) and Jonathan were more than happy to run you into town and pick you up. All the staff were so sweet and accommodating. And the breakfast menu was delicious. Would recommend Zen House to travelers who love a little lux and attention to detail.

Perfect for a chilled time in Pai

Owners are really nice and keep the place spotless. Breakfast is delicious with lots of choice, pool is very chilled after a day out in Pai and the location is great - walk away from the main walking street, but little further by scooter since you need to bike round to the main road. We went in low season and practically had the place to ourselves. Very zen indeed!

Very friendly and helpful staff and a very comfortable hotel for the area. The location is an easy walk into town and you cross a bamboo bridge. Lots if places to eat in town and the hotel also has a lovely free breakfast. The hotel staff will pick you up at the airport and take you back again. We flew Wisdom Air which is a very small plane, but allows you to avoid the longer bus ride. Pai is a small quaint town, and we found the slower pace a delight.
