Very bad attitude from reception manager even fighting with guest, ask reception manager give me the resort manager's name or phone number need to complain her so bad attitude, she just told me will no possible give me her manager's name or phone number, let me directly leave the message to hotel booking, they don't worry any bad review or feedback, they will never want to improve them service mind and attitude.
By the way, I only stay this resort two night, and the second middle night, they change the lock in the room just opposite of my room, they didn't consider any of disturb or noise bring to guest even in the middle night, very bad expericence for me stay only 2 night in "The Heart of Pai Resort"
