Great location! Great house!

We typically stay on the west side, but wanted to be close to where my son lives. We absolutely loved staying in Paia! We loved the local vibe, small town atmosphere, great views, and location of the house. The house was perfect for our needs with the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and great lanai. The kitchen was well stocked and appeared to be recently updated. The beds were comfy. The living room was cozy and had great views as well. We enjoyed the outdoor shower. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Paia location and property

This location is great. An easy walk to eat/shop in Paia and Baldwin Beach or Paia Bay Beach. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. The property has everything you need.

Great Location

Nice place in a residential neighborhood. Sceninc view from the Lanai. There were beach chairs a cooler and beach gear. We really enjoyed it.

Easy, convenient, accessible, and friendly

We had a great stay. The location was perfect (especially if you're a cyclist and want to go uphill). It was good for my young adult children with easy access to Paia and beaches. The staff that supports the property does a really good job making sure everything is taken care of. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Amazing location

We stayed at the property for almost two weeks. Monica was so responsive to all of our needs and the location to town is perfect. Easy to walk which is such a plus since parking in Paia can be tough.

Great stay

Clean 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Nice views of open field and ocean. Short walk to Paia town with lots of great restaurants and shops. Great cafe just 2 minute walk. Nice spot to stay with family.

A lovely place to stay

This house is perfect for a family stay in Paia. The layout, central AC, fans in every room, deck with a view, beach gear, nice landscaping, walkable location.... it was all fantastic. Monica was also very pleasant and attentive with her communications. Bonus - our kids loved playing with the local kids on the quiet street!

Great time in Maui

Host was so quick on the responses. Location was great. House was perfect size for 6 adults. I would just request maybe a couple of lounge chairs outside. I would definitely reccommend this house.

Paia comfort home!

This home is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and a short walk into downtown Paia…which is a lovely little town on the north shore. The views out back off the decks are stunning. This home works well for 6 adults or a large family. Thanks for sharing it!

Enjoyed our stay

This house was very comfortable and roomy. It is bigger than it appears on the outside. The bedrooms are decent sizes. I appreciated that they had luggage racks in each bedroom (I don't like to keep my luggage on the floor). The water pressure of the showers was very good. The outdoor shower was very helpful in washing the sand off of us. The walk to town is about 3/4 of a mile away, a very easy walk. There are a few restaurants, many shops, a grocery store, and many other places to visit. Our favorite was the ice cream shop at the traffic light intersection. If you plan on taking the road to Hana, this town is on the way. The beach we visited was less than a 5 minute drive from the house. Commercial/national stores and food was 15 minutes away by car, a very easy drive. The owner answered my questions quickly and was very easy to communicate with. The only negative was the neighbors' pets, sometimes we could hear them. I have pets, so it didn't bother me too much. Please don't let this deter you from renting this house. If we ever make it back to Maui, I would easily rent this house again.

Fantastic house and location!

Wow. What a great house for a family vacation! We could easily walk to Paia to shop and eat which meant no one had to drive! Also, we could walk to Paia Bay to surf and Baldwin Beach to hang out. The beds were super comfortable and the unit was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and go to the beach. We had a bit of a glitch at the start with check in (our plane was late and our code didn’t work which resulted in us having to spend a night at a hotel. Before we had even woken up, Monica had already reimbursed us for the night missed and then paid for our hotel room as well. As much as it’s a pain to have a hiccup at the start of a holiday it’s super reassuring to know the owner had our back through it all! We will definitely be back to rent Monica’s house again!

Great Location - great place!

This property was nicely situated in Paia - within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Kitchen - well appointed Furniture - had everything we needed Beds - great! Additional notes: The outdoor shower is awesome - just remember the code to get back in the door! I tend to prefer to open windows and sliding doors in HI, rather than use air conditioning, but the house rules asked to keep them closed. The air conditioner worked well. It would have been my preference to open the windows, but (per house rules) this lets a lot of dirt blow into the house. All in all, the atmosphere was fine and a little hotel-ish (not in a bad way). The location and amenities were wonderful! Thanks much! -greg
