"Comfortable stay. Car was safe in the parking spot provided. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It would of been great if the room had plates that we could of used. And if they could of supplied us with a small bottle of milk instead of those miniature milk capsules. But other than that, we had a great stay"

"The room was comfortable and clean. The furniture could use an update. The room had a really strong perfumed smell like there were several air fresheners plugged in! There weren’t any, I checked! It was pretty off putting! The pool was very clean and the hot tub was great! It is in a really nice location, across from the beach and just a few The manager was really nice. "

"Great location…just a short walk to shops and ferry to Russell. Also only 18 min walk to Waitangi so very central. Unit is well maintained but staring to show its age. Kitchen and bathrooms have been revamped…..very good but carpet needs replacing. Views are wonderful, staff are helpful and wifi/ TV Sky worked a treat. Large indoor spa went unused. Overall….recommended."

"For the three days we were there, the Wifi didn't work. My husband needed to do work, so had to use his hotspot. We hung up our towels to reuse; but housekeeping took them away, and didn't replace them. We had 1 towel between us the day we left. Also, no coffee plunger in the room...just instant coffee:("
