Holiday Home 'Du Moulin' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi
- De prijs is all-inclusive, excl. toeristenbelasting.
De naam van de gîte is Du Moulin, maar de molen heet "Du Moulin de Royer". Het is een oude watermolen uit 1727 en ligt in een prachtig natuurgebied in het noorden van de Ardèche. De gîte is gerestaureerd, waarbij de oude authentieke elementen zijn bewaard. Er is een slaap-/zitgedeelte (bed is 1,60) met Nederlandse TV (met alle sportzenders), een halletje, een ruime keuken met koel-/vriescombinatie, oventje, 4 kookpitten en een badkamer met douche, toilet en wastafel. Buiten kun je heerlijk zitten in je eigen privétuin. Achter in het ruime terrein stroomt een klein beekje, "La Daronne", waar je heerlijk kunt afkoelen en waar een gezellig zitje aan het water is. Huisdieren in overleg.

Inclusief bed-, bad- en keukenlinnen, doucheproducten, eindschoonmaak en afvalverwerking. Huisdieren graag in overleg. We vragen voor huisdieren een borg, en schoonmaakkosten zijn beschikbaar tegen een extra vergoeding. Dit verrekenen we later met de borg.
