Overlooking the Bay of Paimpol, Le Manoir du Four à Chaux offers a rare escape, suspended between timeless elegance and the serenity of the sea. This former 19th-century manor combines the charm of Breton stone architecture, the luminous beauty of the coast, and the tranquillity of a preserved estate. Nestled within a beautifully wooded 3,000 m² garden, the property enjoys direct access to the bay and the famous GR34 coastal path, leading on foot to Tossen Beach, Beauport Abbey, and the surrounding cliffs. Here, the sea accompanies every moment. The Manor welcomes up to twelve guests in an atmosphere of comfort, refinement, and discretion. Its six bedrooms, designed as true private sanctuaries, include five bathrooms and six toilets, among them two suites with en-suite bathrooms. The main living room opens onto a spectacular view over the entrance to the harbour, where sailing boats, historic tall ships, and changing coastal light unfold with the rhythm of the tides. From mid-June 2026, the Manor will elevate the experience even further with amenities reserved exclusively for its guests: a heated swimming pool with counter-current system, spa, hammam, sauna, fitness area, and massage table. Kayaks, paddle boards, and direct beach access will extend this immersion between wellness and nature. New photographs are coming very soon! The estate is entirely enclosed and secured, with private parking for up to six vehicles. Household linen, beds prepared upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning are all included. Tailor-made services may also be arranged upon request: private chef, seafood or cheese platters, massages and facial & body treatments, babysitting, or grocery delivery before arrival. Just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Paimpol, the Manor allows guests to fully enjoy the harbour, market, restaurants, departures to Bréhat Island, and the town’s major cultural events, while preserving absolute peace and privacy. The Manor shares the entrance to the estate with the Loft du Four à Chaux, while maintaining complete independence and no shared living spaces. Full privatization of the entire estate, accommodating up to 22 adult guests, is available upon request. In order to preserve the serenity of the property, festive events and pets are not permitted. Le Manoir du Four à Chaux is not simply a holiday home. It is a rare destination, designed for those who seek beauty and the privilege of rediscovered time.

Situation idéale à côté de la mer et du port

Candy nous a accueillis à la porte de la propriété à notre arrivée et était très vivante et joyeuse. Nous n'aurions pas pu demander une personne plus gentille pour nous présenter la propriété. L'emplacement nous a permis de profiter de promenades le long de la côte et dans la jolie ville. Cette maison est très grande pour deux personnes mais nous avons eu trois amis qui sont restés avec nous pour le week-end. L'adolescente a adoré l'idée d'avoir son propre étage avec ses propres toilettes et sa douche. Les bouilloires et les thés dans chaque chambre ont été bien reçus.

Quel beau séjour ! Le manoir est magnifique, spacieux très agréable. Un accès direct à la plage, un jardin superbe, beaucoup d’espace pour les enfants pour jouer autant à l’intérieur que l’extérieur. Nous avons pu profiter des longues soirées au coin du feu, de belles balades au bord de la mer et un accès à pieds au centre de paimpol. Je recommande vivement !

Manoir charmant et idéalement situé

Logement très agréable, au calme tout en étant très proche de toutes les commodités et de la plage. Il est très bien équipé (piano, salle de sport, jeux, livres et multimédia, table de ping-pong, kayaks de mer et paddle)... et nous les avons tous utilisés ! Toutefois, en cette période de pandémie où les restos sont fermés, nous avons trouvé la cuisine un peu sous-dimensionnée pour cuisiner pour 12 personnes.

Une maison de rêve pour grande famille

Du plus grand au plus jeune nous étions 16 tout le monde a trouvé sa place pour ses activités. Seul bémol les chambres sont petites mais nous n’y sommes jamais. La salle de sport a été très appréciée la cheminée aussi. C’est une expérience à renouveler. Quand on nous contacte pour connaître l’heure de notre départ la réponse de chacun « on reste ».

Superbe maison et jardin, bien équipés

La propriétaire est très prévenante et discrète et met à disposition de nombreuses attentions aux locataires (douceurs sucrées, thé,...) . La maison est très très bien équipée ainsi que le magnifique jardin. Plage à 2 min à pied. De nombreux jeux d'intérieur et d'extérieur et livres sont disponibles pour les enfants (petits et grands). Le linge de maison parfait et les petites serviettes ajoutent un cachet supplémentaire. Pour les musiciens, le piano à disposition est la cerise gâteau. Je recommande fortement.

Amazing vacation In Paimpol

We had a wonderful experience at this home with our family while on holiday. We had our 7 and 5 year old grand daughters who truly enjoyed outdoor activities the house had to offer. The private yard features a giant trampoline, and access to the marina. There are several kayaks and stand up paddle boards; we would go out daily on the beach with amazing views of Paimpol. The house is beautiful and we took advantage of the patio for sunset dining outside. There are so many rooms we had 7 of us in the family and still some extra beds to spare. The restaurants are walking distance so you can have crepes or fresh seafood at the market and much more. We definitely highly recommend this property!

Wonderful oasis in Brittany

What a wonderful holiday home in Paimpol, Brittany. We were a party of 11 and what a great time we had. The house was in an ideal location, a very short walk into town with it’s varied bars, restaurants and shops. The house was perfect for us, right near a beach and lovely to watch the boats on the water. There was plenty of room inside the house for our party and we ate in most evenings, enjoying local cheeses, pate & red wine and also had couple of barbecues. The rooms were nicely decorated & beds very comfortable. I would recommend anyone to come to Le Petit Mansion for the location and beautiful house - what’s not to like!!!
