"I arrived when it was dark out and I almost didn’t notice housekeeping or someone else left the first floor window wide open. There wasn’t even a screen and it was hidden by the curtain so I could have had an intruder come in overnight. I’m a female solo traveler so this hotel put me in serious danger."

"When I entered the room, the cleaning products smelled so strong, I had to turn on the bathroom fan, the a/c fan and open the window and leave for an hour before the room's atmosphere was tolerable. The back of the TV remote was missing and it took a long time for the hot water in the shower to reach lukewarm. Parking was good and the breakfast was fine."
