In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 1 hour and 30 minutes from Paris, 50 km from Chablis and Auxerre, and 35 km from Troyes, come and recharge your batteries in the heart of nature, surrounded by lush greenery, and enjoy the tranquility and peace of the surroundings. Right at the foot of the cottage, you’ll find walking trails, and GR trails are just 200 metres away. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sitting area opening onto a covered terrace offering breathtaking views of the fields and forest, where you might spot a few deer. You’ll also find a double bedroom (160x200 bed), a bathroom (double sink, walk-in shower), and a separate toilet. On the mezzanine (accessible via a ladder), you’ll find a sleeping area with two single beds (90x200) and a desk. In the basement, you’ll have access to a laundry room where you can store equipment (two bicycles are available free of charge). Outside, the terrace is equipped with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. The outdoor areas, which are completely open to nature (not fenced in), guarantee a complete change of scenery. The beds will be made upon your arrival; heating, electricity, bath linens, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price of your stay.
