Room was big, there was also a 7/11 shop next door which was just a 5 minutes walk away and this was a plus point because you would need transport to go to other places.

The location was a bit out of the way, I think we were the only people staying there. The staff made us breakfast to go each morning as we had early starts. When we arrived the restaurant was closed, maybe due to the lack of occupants. There are lots of places near by to eat though. My main problem was the bed, we woke up every hour as it was so hard we had dead limbs all night. This is a common thing but this was by far the worst yet.

Dejligt hotel i Thai turist område.

Dejligt hotel i et Thai weekend feriested. hotellet er fint og reelt, det er bra. Fin pool i smukke omgivelser, värelset fint og rummeligt med en dejlig balkon med dejlig udsigt (2 sal ud mood pool). Dejlig frokost og aften resturanten god med både Thai og internationalt menu. Meget söde og hjälpsomme personale. Anbefaler hotellet.

Balios has very clean rooms and is beside the "Piaza Village" , a 7/11, local convenient store, and a massage joint. The European theme makes good photo for IG moment. Should bettter restaurants around will be great.

Quiet Ambience

Total silence at night time is priceless at this resort. Please note, there is no lift if you get a room on Level 2 or 3. A 7/11 Store and Palio Shopping Complex and MK Restaurant are just next to the resort.

Good location and design

The hotel has nice Spanish design, great for photography. It's also walking distance to Palio where you can get lots of touristy things. There's no lift, which is disappointing for a hotel of this price. Also, the bathroom sinkhole got stuck and when taking a bath it gets flooded. Had to get their housekeeping to unclog it. Breakfast was buffet and was acceptable.

เช็คอินได้ห้อง 423 น้ำฝักบัวไหลไม่แรง สายฉีดชำระก็ไม่แรงแทบจะล้างอะไรไม่ได้เลย นอนหลับไม่สบายเพราะข้างห้อง (422) เสียงดังทั้งคืน ไม่รู้ทำอะไรกัน คงไม่ไปพักอีกแล้ว

Disappointed

The (twin) beds was too hard, our room was superior type. The drainage in shower room really sucked! It took an hour or more than that to finish draining water from one time using! ! Breakfast was not worth the price we paid for the level of hotel we expected. For example: we stayed Fri-Sun, we saw bacon only served on Sun morning but it looked like boiled bacon more than fried bacon! other foods in line not variety and didn't have much options. By the way, the room space and air-con controling system in room were good. Atmosphere inside the hotel was still peaceful even had guests from other room talked too loud.

Nice hotel

the hotel was very quiet. unfortunately the restaurant was not available all the time, so we did not get a chance to taste the food except for the breakfast. According to our booking the breakfast was buffet, but we only had a choice of 4 dishes - not very nice

Nice hotel right next to attraction - Palio.

Nice, clean and spacious room. Next to Palio and short driving distance to cafes and restaurants. Staff can speak limited English and Mandarin. Staff are polite, courteous and willing to please. Do arrange own transport around Khao Yai as there are limited or no public transport. Will stay in this hotel again, affordable and meet all our expectations.

Beautiful resort at the base of the National Park

This place is absolutely more magnificent than we expected! The entry way is absolutely gorgeous and, upon reception, you are quickly and pleasantly checked in with English speaking staff. The grounds are gorgeous and the view is incredible. Our room had a spacious balcony which overlooked perfectly manicured landscaping. (I believe most rooms have one). The breakfast buffet is delicious and has a wide variety of both Thai and western foods to choose from. The rooms are spacious and modern although the bed was a bit hard. (I like a very firm mattress so it was perfect for me but may not be for everyone). Overall, you get much more than what you pay! (We also ate dinner at the restaurant two nights; the first night was delicious and the second night was so-so. I recommend sticking with Thai dishes. They seem to do these best.)
