We particularly enjoyed the silly-but-fun luge ride. The canopy walk was also beautiful, even though the waterfall wasn't running due to it being the dry season. The pool was refreshing. Service at the restaurant, however, was quite slow.

The room was listed with AC but clearly this is an error. Check-in instructions on Expedia are nonexistent, and necessary, especially if arriving by bus as there is no phone signal in the area. The food is ok (you are a bit of a captive market there) but expect a lot to be missing from the menu. ...

Only giving it an additional star because the staff was really nice. The place is so run down and unkempt. This hotel needs major renovation - or at least update the photos to reflect how run down it is. The hair dryer is probably from the 70's, it also doesn't work at least in all the 5 rooms we ...
