"The hotel had just reopened after its winter closure—something we weren’t aware is common for many hotels in Ibiza—and unfortunately, it showed. Upon arrival, the property felt uncomfortably cold, with a broken door in the lobby and no functioning air conditioning in our room. The spa facilities were particularly disappointing. Cleanliness was below expectations, the hammam was not sufficiently heated, and the sauna only reached 70°C. I also booked a massage, but the treatment room was cold and the overall experience was average at best. On a more positive note, the food was a standout. Breakfast, the lobby restaurant, and the rooftop Peruvian restaurant were all excellent, offering high-quality dishes and a very enjoyable dining experience. Overall, while I believe the experience would likely be much better during the summer season, the hotel—especially the spa and common areas—requires significant improvements in maintenance, comfort, and service readiness. "

"We travelled in April, which is out of season for Ibiza however Santa Eulalia still had many restaurants open. The hotel staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean with comfy beds, and unbelievable sea views. It is located approximately 15 minutes walk to the town centre, and 5/10 minutes from the marina. The pools, including the indoor pool, were cold. Too cold for me to swim but my children did use them briefly! The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Omelettes are cooked to order, and the selection and quality are very good. We would happily revisit this hotel! "

"Lovely hotel in a great location and very friendly, professional staff who really go the extra mile. Helped us with car hire, parking and the local bus timetable. Lovely sea view room overlooking the marina. Breakfast was fresh and lots of options and you can sit outside if you want to. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. "

"Lovely hotel, greeted by the friendliest staff who were very helpful during my stay. Room spacious and clean, maid came every day. Plenty of comfortable public space to chill and relax. Bar with plenty of seating offers entertainment every other night Pool terrace, relaxing seating and dining area, food delicious, well presented and affordable Decent sized pool Beautiful roof terrace with huge sofa beds Not a lot outside, but the marina and beach 10-15 minutes walk away Fresh buffet breakfast with lots to choose from. Overall very peaceful and relaxing stay "
