"Wonderful! Would stay here again. Staff was always available to assist with any requests or questions we had. Rooftop restaurant service was outstanding and friendly, I would highly recommend a stay here. "

"Amenities were clean and as expected. Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was non existent. We were given instructions to let them know when we arrived which we did multiple times to no avail. There was no response either through text or by phone. We had to take a very expensive taxi after waiting for about 20 minutes as it was very late. Upon arrival we let the reception staff know about this; they checked and we could see our messages and missed calls on their screen. There was no apology or credit given, just a shrug. Very poor experience. "
