Spacious 3 bed 2 1/2 bath home on Palacios waterfront. Great views and location.

  • This large 2-story house is located on the Palacios waterfront with a great view of the bay. Across the street is the city park with fishing pier, paved walking trail, boat launch and more. This spacious older home has gorgeous wood floors and plenty of room to relax. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The Master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king bed and attached bath. On the second floor are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full and single bed. The upstairs bedrooms are separated by a beautiful seating area overlooking the bay with 2 daybeds. A large upstairs bathroom with both oversized tub and shower supports the upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs has a large living area with sectional couch, a formal dining area, full kitchen and breakfast area.
