This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! Pleasant outdoor area with private swimming pool (7,5 x 3,6m), garden and garage (5x3m).Large living/dining room and a sheltered terrace, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 bedroom with one double bed (135 x 190cm) and with exit onto terrace with view of the pool, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each 90 x 200cm, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.Pets not allowed.Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.- Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and8 euros/person/towels.- Wifi not included. Piscine très agréable

La location passe par une agence immobilière de vacances espagnole et cela a rendu a communication parfois difficile. Par exemple, nous sommes arrivés à la maison, il n'y avait personne, on a joint par mail car aucun téléphone l'agence et on a appris que le ckeck in se faisait à l'agence dans un autre village. A l'agence, on m'a donné un rouleau de papier hygiénique et une éponge, on ne peut pas imaginer moins glamour pour commencer des vacances! La maison est située près du centre, en haut d'une côte très rude à pied mais heureusement il y a une super piscine pour nous récompenser de nos efforts à l'arrivée! Quartier calme. Maison propre. Prévoir de tout apporter, il n'y a rien, même pas du sel ou du poivre. Fonctionnel, on a passé de bonnes vacances.
