Thank you very much for your rating and your comments about our location, beautiful views to the beach and the walking paths. We regret knowing that your experience on arrival at your room was not satisfactory, our cleaning team usually follows a very strict protocol and aware of the environment and sustainability. We take the opportunity to inform you that Hostalillo is integrated on the basis of UNE-EN ISO 14001 standards for environmental management, and therefore very aware of the control of consumption and minimization of waste management. That said, in reception you can get additional products or "amenities" if necessary. We would also like to inform you that the reception department follows a protocol during check-in so that all our customers can be informed about the services and facilities that they have at their disposal. We hope to see you very soon at Hostalillo!
