  • Apartment with incredible sea views located in a very quiet residential area in a community with pool in Calella de Palafrugell, Costa Brava.
    It has an original tower-shaped living room, dining room with access to a terrace with barbecue and wonderful views of the sea, equipped kitchen, shower room, an en-suite room with a fully renovated bathroom with shower, a room with two single beds and a third room with a single bed.
    It is located in the lower part of the community. Access to the building is via two different streets, with the lower street being more practical for loading and unloading. The access has a considerable number of steps, designed to take into account people with reduced mobility.
    It is part of a small community with swimming pool from which you can also see the sea. Access is via stairs.
    It is located in the quiet area El Golfet, approximately 1 km from the Golfet beach and 1.3 km from the center of Calella.
