"The pool was under construction (October 25). Once finished it will be nice with great views although small.
The breakfast buffet choice was poor.
The food from the evening menu was very average. Service was good although perhaps needed more training.
The room was clean. The AC was noisy and not a centralised system.
The hot water in the shower went cold very quickly so have a quick shower!

"Our stay at the ITC in Coimbatore was amazing! Special shout out to Blessie and her team ! They work all hours of the day and always have a smile on their face. They are there at breakfast at 7 am. They are there at 12 midnight for late dinner. Honestly, I don't know how they do it ! They are a world class team and deserve all kudos and respect from us !! Bravo !!! 😃👍👍👍"

Shower by the pool were not very nice
Staff was not amways very responsive - had to ask several times for a towel and bathrobe
Breakfast was great!
Overall it’s a nice hotel
Location is close to airport in a zone where there is nothing else. So takes min 30-40 min to get to town"
