"Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect location, Free public parking nearby, and we always could find the free place. The hotel outside, lobby and corridors look perfect, while the room and toilet facilities were pretty outdated (while clean)."

"The property was beautiful, and check-in was smooth and fast. The staff greeted us with a friendly smile and were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The lunch and drink options were excellent, and the laundry service was fast and efficient. The rooms and bathrooms were a great size and very clean. Overall, a wonderful experience!"

"This hotel is just outside Trikala next to the bus station. Was very convenient for us as we needed to visit relatives in Trikala and Kalabaka. Nice hotel and good value for money with lovely decor in the foyers. Car parking available too which we used."

"The pool was very nice. At breakfast stale bread was offered twice in a row till we skipped it. The kettle tray in the room was dusty and dirty and the socket was broken. The balcony of the room was sunny in the evening to enjoy a drink. All in all, this is not really a 4 star hotel compared to Hilton standard for example. Only one hotel met our expectations of a four star hotel in Thessaloniki."
