BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT IN 1st LINIA DE MAR - CASCO ANTIGUO
Beautiful apartment located on the seafront, with stunning views of Port Marina Palamós, Illes Formigues, Cala Margarida ...
The area is very quiet and at the same time very central, right in the old town, 3 minutes walk from the beach and the leisure and shopping area, ideal to forget the car and move on foot.
The building is modern, with elevator and video intercom.
Dispose of:
- Fully equipped kitchen, bright dining room and a private terrace with spectacular views of the sea and Port Marina Palamós, where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner enjoying the wonderful panoramic view.
- Two double bedrooms, one with a double bed (150x190), fitted wardrobes, and a window with sea views; and another with a bunk of 2 single beds (90x190) and built-in wardrobe. Possibility of an individual supplement in the classroom.
- Full bathroom: shower with screen, sink, toilet, cabinets, dryer, etc.
It is equipped with a flat-screen TV, cable TV and FREE Wifi.
It has air conditioning and heating in all rooms.

Agréable séjour ...
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location.
L’appartement avec vue sur la mer est fonctionnel et très bien équipée (avec la climatisation dans la pièce principale ainsi que les deux chambres, ce qui est très fortement appréciable pendant la période estivale).
La terrasse donnant sur la mer et sur le port est un très gros point fort.
Cet appartement est situé dans le quartier historique de Palamós avec à proximité de nombreux commerces (restaurants, bars à tapas ...) et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage.
Un parking privé est disponible à 5 minutes à pied.

Très bon séjour.
Appartement conforme à la description et très bien équipé.
Propriétaire très accueillant et très gentil. Très bon séjour.
Très belle vue sur la mer.
Dommage que la fenêtre de la chambre d'enfants ne donne pas sur la rue. Possibilité de parking privé mais très éloigné.
