I booked a stay at Palanga SPA Life Balance for my parents, and it was beyond amazing. They were genuinely impressed with every part of the experience , from the service to the amenities and everything in between. It makes me proud to have such a world-class place in Lithuania. My parents are already talking about returning, and I’ll definitely be coming back myself. A special thank you to the staff , absolutely top-class, attentive, and incredibly professional. Highly recommended.

Our stay was in late November there were few other guests the friendly staff ( All of Them ) were eager to engage and we had a hard time prior to arrival so their attention and delight rubbed off on us . Beautiful property in Palanga high trees - lots of trees - fresh air spa - pool- trendy restaurant . only problem our luxury corner room has a deep small bathtub no walk in shower - bad for a visitor with bilateral hip replacements and no shower bar - dangerous - for someone using a cane. they were full and no other room available so - daily sponge bath also there are curtains NOT door on the other side of bathroom — bizarre when using toilet

We have stayed here many times and keep coming back. The service is always exceptional, and the staff go above and beyond to make every stay special. The hotel is beautiful, the spa facilities are outstanding, and in our opinion it is the best hotel and spa experience in Lithuania. I always choose this hotel for our family trips and also recommend it to my extended family. Consistently excellent, professional, and welcoming every time. Highly recommended.

An altogether OK stay in Palanga!

Nice spa area. The design building was lovely and had comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast alright, the quality of the food was not that high as expected from a 5-star hotel. The only big minus is that there were a lot of children in the spa area, also in the sauna and relaxation area. They were running around screaming and playing. Absolutely unacceptable. Neither the parents nor the staff quieted down the children. The noise was somtimes unbearable and we had to leave the spa area to relax in our room. The SPA treatments you pay for (massage, facial etc) were wonderful and the staff there fabulous.
