  • Nice furnished studio of 30 m2 located on the 1st and last floor (without elevator) of a small residence on avenue Saint Maurice, on the 1st line, with a balcony with sea view, above the beach and direct access to the beach!
    You will enjoy the magnificent sea view all day!
    The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the center of Carnon (500m) and 2 km from the center of Palavas les Flots.
    The studio is equipped with 2 sofa beds, for sleeping, a dining room table, chairs, sideboard, cupboard, TV and TV cabinet.
