C'est la quatrième année que nous venons dans cet location, appartement très bien situé, commerce très proche, les pieds dans le sable, appartement très bien équipé, nous avons été obligé de demander un deuxième ventilateur, pour la chambre, car l'appartement est très chaud, le propriétaire à fait installer la climatisation dans les deux autres appartements, un qui est juste à côté et l'autre au dessus, et pas dans celui où nous étions, pourquoi ?

Die Lage ist einfach atemberaubend. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Alles ist mit dem Auto einfach erreichbar. Der Strand ist riesengross und weitläufig. Die Kommunikation mit Karim funktionierte super. Ausstattung gut. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein.

Emplacement top pour profiter de la plage. C'est ce que nous voulions, nous avons adoré ! En revanche, et compte tenu du prix, la climatisation devrait etre présente. En rez de chaussée, l'appartement est certe ventilé, mais impossible d'aérer la nuit pour des questions de sécurité...

Appartement idéalement situé, la terrasse donne directement sur la plage, une vue sur la mer au réveil c’est toujours agréable! Accueil sur place par le concierge, très sympa. Attention ce n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce, mais les draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis.

Le concierge qui nous a reçu nous a pratiquement rien expliqué nous lui avons fait constater que les WC le Batman était cassé que le parasol était cassé que j’ai réparé moi-même je lui ai dit que la penderie il y avait plein de matériel que nous pouvions pas éteindre nos habits ou les peindre il nous a répondu qu’on avait a mettre le matériel de nettoyage ailleurs pour pouvoir peindre nos vêtements ( mais ou) de plus pas de télévision car la télévision Abuguet pendant au moins 15 jours j’en ai fait part à la propriétaire elle m’a dit qu’elle allait regarder pour changer l’antenne puis il y a eu un orage et la télévision a fonctionné pendant deux jours et après c’était la même chose mais je l’avoue je n’ai pas rappelé la propriétaire car j’étais fatigué de tous ces anomalies, c’est vraiment dommage car l’emplacement était vraiment formidable vue sur la mère une belle petite terrasse,, c’est dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de climatisation car la nuit il faisait pas loin de 35° dans l’appartement c’était intenable ,un monsieur les venus à la deuxième semaine nous apporter un ventilateur qui nous a fait un peu de bien,, je n’ai rien contre les propriétaires mais pour la somme que nous avons pour les 15 jours nous aurions pu avoir quelque chose de beaucoup mieux J’espère de ne pas avoir été trop dur mais la propriétaire m’a assuré que l’année prochaine elle allait mettre la climatisation mais je pense qu’il faut revoir un peu l’appartement.,

Schöner Urlaub

Die Unterkunft und die Lage sind volle 5 Sterne wert. Im Appartment ist alles vorhanden was man braucht z.B. Filterkaffemaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle usw.. Von der Terrasse kommt man direkt an den großen Sandstrand und man hat einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer. Der Ort und die Gegend sind auch sehr schön. Im Vorfeld hatten wir eine direkte und sehr smpathische Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Vor Ort hat sich der Concierge um alles gekümmert. Großes Lob auch an ihn, hilfsbereit, freundlich und schnell reagiert, als wir ein kleines technisches Problem hatten. Rundum ein erholsamer Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gemütliches Apartment in absoluter Traumlage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Palavas - in einer Top-Lage! Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und die Aussicht direkt am Meer ein Traum. In der Wohnung war bis auf Handtücher und Bettbezügen alles erdenkliche vorhanden und funktionstüchtig (Senseo- und Filterkaffeemaschine, Toaster, Milrowelle, Herd, Eisfach, etc.). Wir haben sogar von dem kleinen Supermarkt gegenüber ein Willkommenspaket erhalten - danke dafür. Ansonsten ist gerade auch für Kinder einiges an Spielzeug und Sonnenschirmen, etc. schon vorhanden. Die Nachbarn sind außerdem sehr kontaktfreudig sodass man sich gut bezüglich der vor dem Haus befindlichen Parkplätze einigen könnte. Zu empfehlen! Wir würden wiederkommen.

Vacances les pieds dans l eau 🏖

Joli petit appartement les pieds dans l eau, très bien équipé, nous avons passées un super séjour. La plage n est pas remplie, on est pas les uns sur les autres, très familial, et en plus il y a une place pour le véhicule, ce qui n est pas négligeable puisque tous les parkings sont payants.

Super accueil par une personne sympathique et disponible. Très bon emplacement, suffisamment près des villes pour s'y rendre rapidement, suffisamment loin pour être au calme. Un endroit idéal pour profiter de la mer quand bon nous semble, plage fréquentée mais pas bondée. l'appartement n'est pas très grand mais très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Pour moi, la seule ombre au tableau est le canapé lit qui était trop inconfortable (mais vraiment) pour que j'y passe au moins une bonne nuit. Sinon, rien à redire. C'est une location idéale pour profiter un maximum des joies de la mer et de la plage.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt direkt am Strand / tres beau séjour au bord de la mér

Kleine, aber feine Wohnung mit guter Grundausstattung direkt am Strand gelegen. Besonders gut geeignet für Familien mit ein bis zwei Kindern. Strandspielzeug steht in guter Auswahl zur Verfügung und braucht nicht mitgebracht zu werden. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, haben uns wohl gefühlt und planen im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet appartement et on a vraiment été ravis. Tout était parfait la vue est magique, la plage n'est jamais bondée, l'appartement est fonctionnel et très bien equipé. Ein perfekter Urlaub am Strand. Kleine, aber gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse. Kleiner Lebensmittelladen gleich gegenüber. Wir waren leider nur 1Woche dort, hätten es aber den ganzen Sommer dort ausgehalten !!! Sehr netter Empfang durch Odile.

Juste SUPER !!!!!!!

Endroit parfait ! Accueil chaleureux ! L'endroit est idéalement placé, un vrai pied dans l'eau, calme, parfait en famille ou juste en couple. Equipé comme il se doit ! Commerce à 40M. Bref juste ce que l'on souhaitait. Encore merci pour cette très belle semaine de vacances ! Nicolas
