This was our second time staying here and if we go back to Florence we will only stay here. The hotel is wonderful and Lorenzo and all the staff made our stay wonderful. Highly reccommend this property.

Amazing staff, super friendly. The pool was very welcome during a heat wave, and the spa was amazing! The pasta here is quite decent and it was very clean hotel room. The bed was very comfy and the pillows were memory foam! The only downside: if your room windows face the restaurant, it can be noisy in the mornings and late evenings.
