"Do you like being messaged endlessly after you left the hotel? I have been contacted by this property more than 9 times in the past 24 hours asking me to leave a review. Nice location. Rooms are pretty uncomfortable and down a dark corridor facing an abandoned office chair. Limited power supply to recharge your stuff. Morning experience was a half-naked guy in the foyer shouting at random people. "

"The location of the hotel is superb, right in the old town, but also very close to Balti Jaama Turg, which is a very nice local market. It’s very close to many attractions making it easy to explore by walking. There’s a nice bakery across the street from the hotel and many nice restaurants in the same street. The staff were incredibly kind during check-in, explaining how the hotel is also a historical building. At check-out, I was a bit late and they were also lenient about it, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! "

So impressive, clean, convenient, digital door access, and very considerate, our convert plug doesn’t work, they even provide you the universal one, we appreciated! all the appliances are working so well, we can cook by ourselves, you can use dishwasher to sanitize the cookware, it is smart TV, so you can link to your phone and watch whatever you want to watch, a surprise they have Nintendo game machines, you can play it, so cool! I definitely will book Bob W series as long as it’s available! I wanna give 10 stars if applicable:)"

"We stayed for two nights at the Palace Hotel Tallinn and had a wonderful experience. The room was stylish, quiet, and very comfortable, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We chose not to include breakfast, as we preferred exploring cafés and restaurants in the Old Town—just a short walk from the hotel—and it worked perfectly for us. The location is ideal for discovering the city, with everything within easy reach. Overall, a great stay and a hotel we’d happily return to."
