Clean and close to the Ruins and Alexus EcoPark

Staff was friendly and helpful with making our stay in Palenque a pleasant one. Close location to ruins (10 mins away by car) Alexus EcoPark is just a 5 min walk away and is must see!!

Loved It - Wish We Had Stayed Longer

We loved this place! Definitely a return place for us. We were sad we were only there for one night - passing through Palenque. It’s a big property, with rooms spread out in many areas, and such a gem in the jungle. We will return.

The food at the restaurant is very good, reasonable prices, breakfast was also great, big variety from omelets to barbacoa. You could probably pay more by going out for food.

Check in was fast and friendly. The property is surrounded by the beautiful jungle. The area is very humid so you feel the humidity smell in the room as we arrived but it went away when we turned on the ac. We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel

Clean and Friendly

nice size resort, friendly staff, good restaurant and pool. The spa is cheap rates and clean. You must pay for every meal and drink at the time of use. They dont bill the room so must pay all the time and tips are in cash.

They gave me a room very far away and we had to walk in the heat, then I realized they had golf carts and they never offered me one, they didn't give us a welcome drink, the spa service was very mediocre, the pool was very full of people who I don't think were staying at the hotel and the guests who were in the next room were super noisy.

I reserved two rooms with Expedia. For some reason a staff member did the check-in in one of the rooms before we got there. The lady in the front desk didn't know what happened and it took her a while to find out. She didn't provide much information to us and wasn't particularly kind. She never apologized for the delay with the check-in. We were tired and didn't appreciate the wait. Other than that we had a good stay in the hote.

Nice hotel, beautiful jungle view, fine pool - the food was not very good and there are not many other options. The hotel seemed quite empty when we where there, so it felt a little abandonded

Great Location for Visiting Mayan Ruins

This property is in a lush, spacious setting, with well-maintained grounds. The staff is attentive and helpful. The rooms are clean and roomy, but the room decor needs to be improved with regional art. Breakfast was good; Dinner was average. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay in terms of location and atmosphere for a visit to the Mayan ruins of Palenque.
