"Ok stay, but some details did not match a 5-star luxury suite experience Overall, our stay was okay, and there were some very positive aspects. The service at the outdoor restaurant was great, and the spa service was exceptional. That said, considering this is a 5-star hotel and the Pomegranate Suite is presented as a luxury/high-end room, there were several details that could be improved. We had just spent a week at Sani Dunes, and the contrast was noticeable. A small touch such as fresh flowers, which is usually expected in this type of room, was missing. The QR code for ordering food from the room did not work and showed a “page not found” error. Some areas of the room also felt outdated, with a few items appearing broken, rusty, or worn. The bedroom could also benefit from modernization, especially as there was nowhere convenient to charge a phone. In addition, there appeared to be a water leak under one of the bathroom sinks, as we found a wet towel with a stain on it. The hotel has strong potential, and some areas provide excellent service, especially the spa. However, in other areas, the service felt less warm and not as service-oriented as expected for a hotel of this level."

"The owners of Flamingo Living Suits & Villas are warm and excellent hosts. They have created a great holiday experience outside of the busier towns for those who are looking to relax and enjoy their time in Halkidiki on their terms. The near by towns have nice restaurants and by-car you can enjoy some nice trips to some great beaches."

"Overall experience was good. I would reconsider the background music by the pool and beach bar. 1) Change playlists more regularly. 2) Allows for some "silent" hours with no music. 3) The area with the blue sofas should NOT have music at all during the day. Allowing people to have nice and quiet rest, with only the sound of the water features. 4) cheese cake should be provided after lunch/dinner and during snack time, not just for breakfast. :P 5) On the website there is mention about water activities BUT we couldn't find any info on the premises and the staff didn't know. There are lots I could talk about; the cleanliness, the beautiful rooms, the superb breakfast but what really makes this hotel is the amazing staff who all go over and above to help and genuinely invest in making your stay as positive as possible. "One of my favorite stays I've ever had - and I've traveled a lot! This was special. Vasilis has a beautiful place he is choosing to share with the world, and I don't understand why but I am grateful he does! It's beautifully maintained and very clean - the attention to detail is subtle but much appreciated. My husband and I will be back as soon as we can. :) "
