"The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and remained helpful and courteous whenever I returned with questions. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. The complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower were all empty. There were also no disposable drinking cups in the room, which is a standard amenity at most hotels. The elevator was extremely noisy and could be heard throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The hot tub was only lukewarm, and the pool was uncomfortably cold. We also paid $17 per person for the breakfast buffet, which was very disappointing. The food quality was poor, items were not replenished in a timely manner, and the selection was no better than what is typically offered as a complimentary hotel breakfast. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."

"The lobby was completely torn apart as they were remodeling, but except for stepping over construction equipment I wasn’t impacted. The room walls could use a good scrub, but overall clean. Bed was very comfortable. Except for the loud snoring from the room next door, it was quiet."

"Staff were helpful and friendly. Sylvester greeted us with a smile and was helpful in connecting us with a manager when we had an issue with the bed. Breakfast was always stocked and staff were keeping things clean and wiped up. I was really disappointed with my bed. The bed had a severe sag. I’m not particularly heavy. 185lbs but the bed seemed worn. I slept poorly the entire stay of 5 nights. The manager attempted to help with another room but the bed in that room appeared to have the same sag to it. They could not switch any other rooms around apparently even though it was early in the morning on a Thursday. She only had one available The hotel didn’t appear to be even near fully booked. I have stayed at many other brand name hotels in this price range and have rarely had this issue. We were booked for 5nights. Seems like something else could have been arranged. My wife and I flipped the bed and I took sleep aids to help the remaining 4 nights but I was lacking energy as a result my entire visit. The hotel is in a quiet location which was nice. Surrounding services include a Culver’s and a grocery store. Not much else for restaurants though close by. I won’t be staying here when I come to the Mke area again."

"Clean room, kind staff, well stocked kitchenette (dishes) and an ice maker in the freezer and a full sized kitchen table! The only thing I saw that was weird is that the cabinet under the kitchenette sink didn’t have a bottom and extra toilet paper and dish soap were stored on the floor underneath. It was a seamless check-in and check-out with a gas station close by and not far from some restaurant options. No pool or breakfast, which was my fault for not reading but I would definitely stay again!"
