"The Perch is a lovely place to relax and enjoy all that Palisade has to offer. Direct access to the River Bend Park Trail, close to wineries and a lovely patio to enjoy sunset. Cameron went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience."

"It was more of an excuse to go wine tasting. Cameron and Jen have a nice place there. The property was pretty well described. Our 5-year-old nephew got to go collect eggs each day for breakfast. We built a fire in the fire pit and made smores. We had no propane tank, but immediately after calling Cameron he brought one over and hooked it up.I think you would really enjoy the property."

"The home was just as advertised. We had everything we needed for our brief stay in Palisade. Comfortable and well-equipped. The chickens in the back were funny and the eggs were great! Highly recommend."
