Acrisure Arena is a 9 minute drive with popular concerts and home of Coachella Firebirds hockey, DSRT Surf Wave Park short 1 mile walk (opening spring 2026). Amazing sunrises from condo and back courtyard patio.

Great Palm Desert Experience

Very nice property. Spacious and well-maintained. Barbara was a very responsive host when there were any issues. Enjoyed our stay at this property very much.

Excellent Property

Very nice property. Convenient location. 1st floor location is a plus. Well stocked. Barbara was very responsive when there were issues. The golf cart is a nice feature for trips to the fitness center or the clubhouse.

Fabulous house

Great location. Beautiful open floor plan house. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Fabulous patio overlooking golf course. Private pool/hot tub across the street. Bonus- use of golf cart to go to course. 4 bikes too to ride around the gorgeous community!

Perfect stay

Barb’s home is beautiful, well-maintained and in a great location within the property! We loved having two patios, front and back— with nice views of both mountains and golf course off the back. It felt like luxury and far-exceeded our expectations. We’d love to be back again!!! Thank you, Barb!

Best rental ever

This was just the perfect home to rent. Gorgeous views of the mountains and golf course, 2 patios, comfy beds, spacious updated home, stocked kitchen, use of garage and golf cart to drive to desert falls practice facilities! We stayed 5 weeks and didn’t want to leave! In addition Barbara was the most friendly, helpful and communicative owner we’ve ever dealt with. Can’t wait to come back!!

Outstanding Location in Palm Desert

Beautiful and well appointed property. Great golf course view and yet very private. Arrangement is very relaxing and we immediately felt it as our home away from home. Great master bedroom and bath. Great access to near by mall with grocery store and outstanding IWC coffee shop. Well equipped for in condo dining in, but also easy access to local restaurants. Golf cart, Bicycles and sports equipment were a plus. Pickleball courts, Tennis courts,golf course, and fitness easy access.

The unit is beautiful and has everything you need. A full range of spices when other place we have rented have salt and pepper. Very comfort and decorated tastefully.

Everything you could possibly!

House was beautiful! Equipped with with every amenity from night stand charging cords, comfy throws and pillows, lovely tablecloths, bikes, golf cart, keurig coffee maker, frother, loved the wooden serving trays and extra kitchen gadgets. Would definitely return!
