We were never told if there would be any room service.the safe did not work.it was stuck closed 3 out of our 4 days.the sofa bed was stuck closed and we had to wait 2 hours for a maintenance person because they said that they were way under staffed.we had to ask for coffee every day because they would only give us one package daily.
