The space
Completely renovated & updated home with all the upgrades - Viking appliances, rain/wand showers, custom closets, Sonos sound system, home & away security, and fiberglass saltwater pool with spa. Home interior temperature can be set based on the season. Additional Utility cost added for temperatures set below 68 or above 72 degrees Fahrenheit.

Driveway parking for two cars. **Garage is not included**

Check in: All guests will be greeted by the Property Manager who will provide you with house keys, answer any questions you may have and review the instructions and house rules.

Check out: The Property Manager will meet with you to pick up the keys, ask for feedback on the place and thank you for your stay :o)

** POOL HEATING **

-Heating the pool is recommended for the months of December to March.

-The pool can be heated for $25 a day for the duration of your stay and must be arranged prior to your arrival. Please notify us 48 hours before your stay and we will ensure that it is heated to a comfortable 88 degrees.

-Spa heat is included during your stay.
