    This bright, ground-floor 2BR/2BA condo is located along the fairways of the gated Palm Desert Resort Country Club. With southern exposure, golf course and mountain views, four separate beds, and patio access from both bedrooms and the main living area, there’s plenty of room to settle in for a golf trip or getaway with friends and family.

    THE SPACE
    Large windows fill the condo with natural light, while the open living area leads directly to the patio overlooking the fairway and tee box. Start the morning with coffee outside, relax after a day on the course, or gather for dinner with seating for up to six -- with a full kitchen nearby for meals and snacks at home.

    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
    Designed with groups in mind, the condo offers an open, comfortable layout with the two bedrooms located on opposite ends of the home for a little extra privacy.

    The primary suite features one queen bed and one full-size bed, direct patio access, a generous closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

    The second bedroom also includes one queen bed and one full-size bed, along with direct patio access. A second full bathroom provides additional space for everyone.

    OUTDOOR SPACE + AMENITIES
    Step outside to your private patio with a grill, seating, and views overlooking the golf course and surrounding mountains.

    Guests can also enjoy the amenities of Palm Desert Resort Country Club, including 20 heated pools and spas, 28 pickleball courts, 7 tennis courts, and an 18-hole, par-72 golf course. Short-term memberships are available for tennis and pickleball, while golf offers pay-as-you-play and membership options.

    The community also features a clubhouse with a restaurant and bar.

    The condo is approximately 4 miles from Indian Wells Tennis Garden and Acrisure Arena and 10 miles from the Coachella festival grounds and Empire Polo Club.
