Palm Desert Resort Modern Condo, 2bd 2 ba

Newly remodeled airy condo with lots of light and open feel. Located off of the 14th fairway. The pool and spa are approximately150 feet from the front door. Bikes, tennis rackets and pool toys are all part of the rental. This condo can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is a two car garage attached to the condo. Entry is by keypad. Great location, 5 min drive to Indian Wells Tennis Garden, 6 min to downtown La Quinta and 15 min from great shopping on El Paseo. Out door dining table for great meals al fresco. The private patio looks out onto the 17th fairway of the Palm Desert Country Club. The Clubhouse has been recently renovated and the golf course is in pristine condition. The tennis complex has 9 tennis courts and 20 pickle ball courts. Courts are run by Tennis in a Pickle, Palm Desert, Cochella Valley's premier pickleball and tennis facility.

Great Place

Clean, well appointed property in great location. If you are a pickleballer don’t bother buying a pass at the resort’s courts unless u are at least a 3.5 player or bring your own friends. Kitchen was well stocked w pots and pans. Do bring your own blow dryer as there were none in the home. Would definitely rent the property again.

Nice, clean, and great location

Very clean property and everything worked flawlessly (which is not always true with rentals). This is a great property for a couple and a child. The master bath is very tight, but clean. Comfortable beds and nice interior....also nice to have an enclosed garage and not one of the carports.

Comfortable with garage

Clean and comfortable, but main bedroom gets warm when the AC is cycled off. Master bathroom has the tiniest sink I've seen in a master bath. Loved having the garage.

I had to sweep the Patio and wash the furniture.. no notification that the pool was basically closed

Windows filthy. Couldn’t see out. No pool furniture or umbrellas out..30 min limit.should have been represented in the advertising for the place. We wanted a pool with normal amenities.....we had to buy toilet paper ..requested but got 2 rolls. Had to call and ask for garbage bags -only left a few- so couldn’t dispose of food properly. Had to ask for dishwasher pods. Used the last one day we left.

Clean and crisp

Very well decorated and attended property. Layout was very nicely done and comfortable. The entire place was spotless and very much worth the money if you are looking for amenities and a visually pleasing airbnb unit. If you are trying to decide between this place or another-go with this one.

The pool clubhouse and Golf course were all closed . It was my intention to golf and sit by the pool

The fact that the major facilities are all closed during our visit would’ve been nice to have this information disclosed prior to renting the place the golf course clubhouse and Pool were all closed I could’ve set my own house. To take our money without this information is underhanded s as nd unprofessional .

Cute place

Cute place for a weekend getaway. Pool was across the street - maybe 50 yards away - and super easy to get to. Some bonuses: pool towels provided, games provided, ice maker, pool floats and chairs for us to use. One minor issue: air conditioning did not work well in the bedrooms and were very warm. We were also instructed to not turn it below 74 degrees, which was a little warmer than I’d prefer. Other than that, all was good! Would recommend.

Our Stay

Our stay at this Palm Desert condo was very enjoyable. The check in process was seamless. The kitchen was very well equipped including coffee and a wide assortment of cooking spices. Requests were dealt with promptly such as re-filling the BBQ propane tank. All in all, great value for the money.

This was a newly remodeled unit very nice !

The only missing is a view of the mountains could maybe use block out curtains but thats me maybe . Gerard is a the owner was very helpful and available to answer any questions we had ! Cathy and Don
