My experience at the hotel was overall good, but there were a few issues that impacted our stay. The room had an unpleasant odor, the shower drain was clogged, and the door squeaked loudly every time it closed. Additionally, the itinerary provided had some misleading information—it stated that restaurants closed at 11 PM, but the hibachi restaurant actually closed at 10 PM. As a result, we had to either take an 8-minute cab ride or walk 20 minutes just to find something to eat. With a few improvements, this could have been a much better experience.

Extremely good hotel with courteous and friendly staff. The choices and quality of food was faultless. The only issue experienced was the refurbishment of the roof top pool - loud drilling throughout the day which spoilt the atmosphere.

Amazing Hotel, Staff, location, amenities, price, rooftop pool overlooking the Burj Khalifa. It has it all! Most importantly the customer service is exceptional! I was very impressed and happy for my stay there!
