  • 1450 sq. ft. condo on 2 levels in South Palm Springs. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. In addition to the bedrooms, there's a lovely loft area with a mini-fridge and washer/dryer. Great views of the mountains from the balcony. Comfortable seating includes an electric Stressless chair for getting your feet up. Downstairs bath was just remodeled. The kitchen is very well equipped, including good knives for food prep, convenient appliances and cookware. You'll enjoy the quality bed linens. This condo is all about comfort and convenience! No pets!!

Great location

Close to shopping, downtown and airport. Excellent facility, new pool and a safe area. Nancy is easy to communicate with and very responsive to any issues.

Perfectly Adequate Stay

Just stayed a month at Nancy’s condo. Comms with Nancy were good. Unit was easy to find. Check in was easy. Condo was reasonably clean with well stocked kitchen supplies and lots of linens. Entire complex is 50 years old but grounds are clean and well kept as is the pool and hot tub area. Unit is a bit dated but partial Reno’s have been done to kitchen and bathroom. Second floor unit with neighbours behind the living room wall but never heard a peep from them. Beds are subjective but we found both comfortable. Do note that the street noise in the bedrooms is significant. We needed ear plugs. Having said that, the location is prime. 1 minute from a grocery store. Left out the unit takes u to the strip/downtown. Right takes u a straight shot to all the other cities in the area with every store and amenity known to man.Endless hiking within ten minutes in every direction.All in all, a good stay. Keep your expectations of The Ritz in check and then feel comfortable booking.

Good but needs cleaning and updating

Partially renovated unit in 1970's era condo development at south end of Palm Springs near Smoke Tree Plaza. Good location. Unit has lots of promise--good layout, it's a back split with second floor loft area, well-separated bedrooms good for 2 couples, space for exercise and office, good size living area, direct access to huge pool and yard, south facing balcony with great views, 3 TV's with cable service, good internet. But it also has issues, I hope the owner takes our advice, she was responsive to us. Among our concerns, it needs a thorough cleaning throughout, by professional cleaners. Clothes washer water temp settings are wonky. Appliances are aged. It has only a breakfast counter with a sink to eat at--no table. The tile floors are cracked in many spots. Updating would require significant work. So perhaps price is appropriate. Note: There are lots of steps up and down from/to outside, and inside, make sure you are OK with that. HOA is re-doing the swimming pool in April, no pool as of then, and until then pool temp is very cool. However, huge hot tub works fine. Many Canadians at this development return every year, so it has good camaraderie.

Palm springs vacation

Stairs were difficult for people our age. The balcony needs a good cleaning and some bedding should be replaced. Location was good, upgrades to kitchen were nice
