Fun in the sun

The couch and loveseat were both very comfortable bed was on a boxspring on a set of frame legs?so every time one of us moved the other would wake up. The condo was quite clean and well stocked compared to other places We’ve stayed . Extra everything . Coffee sugar salt pepper spices tea toilet paper and paper towel. Please note this is an older condo with very old cupboards Etc all appliances are old but are in working order..the cupboards have been painted but the painters painted right over the hinges. . All rugs should be replaced as they all appear stained .The floor’s ,bathroom ,kitchen ,appliances were all clean, too many pillows on decks, very dusty . I was told that the rental fee was over priced compared to other units in the same complex. So do your homework

Great Location

As others have said this unit needs a little updating, the mattress is tolerable but not great. The location and pool area are outstanding. Close enough to walk to a lot and the maintenance for the pool area is great. The two deck at this condo are nice to sit and relax. We would come back to this condo complex again.

Easy walk to downtown. Grounds very well kept. Condo was pleasant though needs a refreshing. Only one issue...worn out mattress...which was changed within a week!
