Great location, simple and clean

Perfect for a quick night away in Palm Springs - walking distance to the fun part of downtown (restaurants, shopping, bars). Check in was so seamless and the place was super clean! Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

The actual property itself was very nice, and well kept. However, immediately upon checking in we notified them that the Air Conditioning unit was not working properly... and after hours of communication they came and brought us a fan. It was 120 degrees outside and 90 degrees inside the unit.. they refused to give any sort of refund or apology despite the property manager coming inside and saying "wow it is hot in here, hopefully the fan will help" - which it only blew hot air. They said their A.C. unit wasn't equipped to power all of the units and that other guests were complaining as well. No sincere apology from the Avant or help to really rectify the situation.
