As its name suggests, guests enter this beautiful mid-century modern property through a blue gate set on landscaped grounds. Inside the single-story home, find a renovated interior adorned with chic furniture and dashes of bright colors. A few steps offset the living space, offering a distinct gathering space with 2 soft couches and an armchair surrounding a 70” Smart TV. Nearby is a second sitting area with 4 club chairs and a 3-stool wet bar—enjoy mixing cocktails or mocktails after a day of fun. Around the corner is a dining space with a gas fireplace and a round 8-seat table. Step through the sliding glass doors off the kitchen or living space into the sun-drenched, walled-in backyard, accented by towering palm trees and the San Jacinto Mountains.
