South Palm Springs condo is situated in a gated community. This spacious, light filled two bedroom unit with 10 foot ceilings is in the Broadmoor at Summerset. The condo is an upstairs unit with spectacular views of the mountains, which captures desert sunsets. Two balconies, both with pool facing views. Second bedroom is currently set up as a den with sofa bed and built in desk. Condo was completely remodeled in 2016. There is one assigned, covered parking space with plenty of extra parking for guests or additional cars. Von’s Grocery Store directly across the street. Trader Joes and Target are 0.7 miles away.
