Nice family hotel. Like having the king suite with a pullout bed-perfect for a family of four. The property does need some updating, and they could do a little better in terms of the upkeep. However, for the price, it was a good stay. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

The property was nice. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable but the couch in the front room looked very old and was very caved in. I’m glad one of our kids did not end up going with us so we didn’t end up needing that sleeping space. Breakfast was good but the wait was long.

My daughter and I had an excellent experience at your property. Sarah at the front desk was very helpful and helped me with becoming a Hilton Honors member. Omar from the housekeeping staff was also very nice and was able to help me with getting me the towels I requested. He also checked with us daily to see if we needed anything from them. If we ever need a place to stay we will definitely be back, the staff was very accommodating and nice.

Comfortable room (although the bathroom is pretty tiny), welcoming staff and well located, close to stores and restaurants. The pool area however could be much cleaner (lots of trash all around, it seems no one ever checks out throughout the day), the water is freezing cold and the jacuzzi is CONSTANTLY occupied by little kids. Not a very peaceful area to be sitting at after a day of exploring the canyons and shopping. The bar tender and restaurant staff were also very nice. We appreciated the 2 free drinks too during Happy Hour!

The breakfast was great with made to order omelets and other standard serve-yourself fare. The complimentary happy hour each night was an added bonus. Complimentary coffee was available all day in the lobby. Our room was spacious and the layout worked well with a separate living room with an extremely comfortable couch. The 21 court Paradise Pickleball facility associated with the hotel was fabulous. You pay a drop in fee to play. The pool was clean and the grounds well kept. I would definitely return to this hotel.
